Recruitment, Engagement & Retention (RER) Overview

CRESCENT is designed to provide robust resources for research studies that address ongoing barriers to trial recruitment and retention. We work to streamline the engagement process for time- and resource-strapped researchers via our unique RER Overview consultation service. This 45-minute consultation focuses on supporting and providing recommendations to ensure diverse representation, increased stakeholder engagement, and appropriate strategies to improve return of value, as well as clear design of retention incentives, budgets, timelines, and workflows for research studies.

Within this comprehensive consultation, we will provide you with the tools you need to:

  • Build workflow from engagement to enrollment to retention

  • Develop recruitment-specific resource allocation & metrics

  • Facilitate access to marginalized / underserved communities

  • Manage recruitment and engagement directly, or in concert with clinical practice sites
