What we provide
Recruitment workflow courses
Each 3-part course entails an hour-long live in person or virtual session with Jonathan & Helen, in which you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions at the end. You’ll be assigned homework and will be tested to track your progress in learning novel approaches to participant recruitment.
Diverse hiring sessions
Our 2-hour diverse hiring session provides detailed, actionable steps to improve diverse hiring across your team. We will cover writing job descriptions, resume review, incorporating AI in hiring, and interviewing, as well as steps to not only hire but retain diverse staff.
Trial design course
Diverse and inclusive practices can be workflowed into all all elements of your clinical trial. This course provides your team with information around structuring community advisory boards, data safety monitoring boards, and how to embrace contemporary trial designs that maximize equity.
